PC Pilot (“we”, “us”) is operated by AXOptimizer. This policy explains what we collect when you use getpcpilot.com, the PC Pilot desktop apps, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account data — email, name, password (stored hashed), and subscription status.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Product usage — optional diagnostics, device fingerprints for device limits, and feature usage needed to run the product.
• Support communications — messages you send us by email or Discord.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, Premium billing, and app features
• Improve reliability, security, and support
• Send essential service messages (billing, security, account)

Sharing

We share data with processors that help us run the service (for example Stripe for payments and hosting providers for the API/database). We do not sell your personal information.

Desktop app permissions

The Windows and Mac apps may read local system information (processes, startup items, disk usage, etc.) to provide optimization features. Actions that change your system require your confirmation in the app whenever practical.

Data retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and fraud prevention. You can request account deletion by emailing support.

Security

We use industry-standard protections (HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

PC Pilot is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
